Application of Fuel Surcharge – Weekly Update
Dear Sirs,
The current geopolitical instability in the Middle East has led to a sharp increase in the price of oil and, consequently, fuel, reaching levels significantly higher than those considered when defining our tariffs.
In light of this exceptional situation, we hereby inform you that the fuel surcharge applied to our services will now be reviewed on a weekly basis, replacing the monthly review model previously in place.
Therefore, from 9 March 2026 onwards, we will verify the reference price of standard diesel every Monday and, based on that information, the fuel surcharge applicable to the services for the current week will be adjusted. The updated surcharge will remain valid until the following Monday.
The reference used will be the average diesel price in the European Union, published by the European Commission:

This measure ensures that the values applied accurately reflect the real evolution of the market and the direct impact of fuel costs on transport operating expenses.
Our company continuously monitors the development of this situation. Should the current circumstances worsen significantly, we may implement additional contingency measures, similar to those adopted in 2022 at the beginning of the conflict in Ukraine.
